Honey laced fish with mixed vegetables


Hey Awon FitFam, I whipped up yet another quick recipe for healthy eaters on the go. This meal is not only delicious but easy to prepare; with a maximum prep time of 8 minutes. Yes!! 8 minutes!! Great recipe for an awesome lunch or light dinner.

Items needed:

-Fish (I love love Tilapia. However, you can substitute with any fish of choice)
-Mixed vegetables
-Honey
-Salt
-Chili powder
-black pepper

Preparation (Fish):

-Preheat oven
- Place fish on foil paper or baking pan
-Sprinkle dry ingredients (salt, chili powder and black pepper) generously on fish and place in preheated oven
-After baking for 3 minutes coat fish on both sides with honey using a brush, and place it back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Vegetables:

-Add about 3 table spoons of water to a heated pan
-Toss in desired vegetables and stir
-Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and allow to simmer.
-After stirring place a lid on the pan and turn of heat,

All done!!!!!!
QUICK, DELICIOUS,  AND EASY!!!!
